I bought a second-hand MacBook Pro from Cashify on 18th April 2025 for ₹12, 676 (Order Number: 2007277).
The laptop has serious defects that were not disclosed before purchase: rapid battery drain, overheating, and a dangerous electric current flowing through the body when charging.
I have complained multiple times to Cashify and also filed three complaints with the National Consumer Helpline, but Cashify has not provided any support or refund.
