Manas Honda Showroom — Physically abuse/ Raise hands/ Misbehaving | |||||
As per Govt. guidelines and online registration, i went to fix the HSRP to my honda activa 125 scooter in Manas Honda Showroom on 21.07.2022. In the process of making hole in the number plate by the drilling machine, the mechanic makes a hole in the body of the scooter. I complained about this. In reply, the mechanic told me that it generally happens. when I request to exchange it, the supervisor came and shouting on me. He misbehaved and told me that why u r coming to our showroom, u should not come to install the HSRP. I argue on that and told that it is as per Govt. guidelines, u cannot deny it. Then he scolded me with abusive languages and told to other staff to keep the scooter out of the showroom and get out the customer. When i asked, is this the way to treat your customer and i said that u don't know the rule and regulation. Then the Supervisor raise hand one me, he pushed me and scolded with abusive languages. Further, he told me i am the local person here, u cann't do anything, go bring anyone or complain anywhere, no one can do anything. Then i request to give the owner mobile no to complain about the supervisor, as the owner was not available in the showroom. No one provided me the Number. This is a heinous work. Such type of person should not be there who don't know how to treat the customer. Specially who Physically abuse and scold to customer. Therefore, i request you to inquiry into the matter personally and look the video footage of the showroom on 21.07.2022 in between 1.25 PM to 1.50 PM, so that u could know actually what happens and take legal action to the supervisor, who make the heinous work.
