Sir, I had booked a flat with Raju Sulire (Dir) on dated 09/18/2011. My receipt no. is 0101. And i had paid him 6.25 lac rupees. Flat position in a year was promised. But a year later stated that it is Illegal land. When I asked for the money back, came to know that more than 100 peoples are in the same way as I have.
