Personal Life and Mental Health Affected by Mandar Lande’s Toxic Leadership at Destek Infosolutions
Working at Destek Infosolutions, under the leadership of Mandar Lande, has been an emotional rollercoaster. What was once seen as an opportunity turned into a personal nightmare, with long hours, constant verbal abuse, and no respect for personal boundaries. The leadership's disregard for employee well-being has wreaked havoc on my personal life and mental health.
As a female employee, I faced a toxic environment where Mandar Lande forced us to work late into the night without proper compensation. There was no concern for personal safety or work-life balance.
