I am writing this complaint not only as a victim but also as a whistleblower — to expose the fraudulent practices of Mandar Lande, CEO of Destek Infosolutions Pvt Ltd, headquartered in Pune and operating in Hyderabad.
This company and its top management — including Shweta Dugad (Head of HR and wife of Mandar) and Aniruddha Kotgire (Operations Manager) — have defrauded both employees and clients systematically for years.

Destek floods the internet with fake positive reviews and paid press releases to bury the truth.
Sites like TechBullion, TimesTech, and BW BusinessWorld have questionable glowing articles — clearly part of a false PR campaign to maintain a clean online image.

Mandar Lande, Shweta Dugad, and Aniruddha Kotgire are now officially under police investigation, and yet continue to run Destek Infosolutions, targeting more innocent clients and job-seekers.
