I have placed an order for a product from the website - mandhhiram.com, which has not been delivered. I paid extra for express shipping. The payment towards the order has been fully made through payumoney checkout. Ever since then, there has been no update towards the purchase from the company - no sms, email, calls. I have tried multiple times to contact through the customer care numbers mentioned on their website and have dropped mails towards all the email ids provided on website, but there has been no response.
There is no feature of canceling the order/refund/replacement towards the purchase on the website either. Which i only found out after i placed the order.

It's been more than 20 days and there is still no update/response towards my purchase from the company.

I would request for a refund from the company and towards the stress this has caused me. I would also request that such scamming ecommerce sites should be discontinued.
