Mandy Watches — no response

I saw the ad on instagram, saying just pay the shipping and get watches for free. I went to their website and ordered 4 watches.

When i went to do the payment, they only asked for card details, and no pin or otp, and the amount of rs. 400 was directly deducted from my bank account.

I didn't get any further message, call or email regarding the shipping or delivery or anything.

I raised a complain on their website also through contact us page on their website, but didn't get any response from there as well.

Please help..
