[Resolved]  Mangium Infotech — Not paid salary for months

First of all this Company don't even deserve 1 star also so no RATING..

I am one of the employee of this company and I have lot to say,

In this review i will definitely talk about three members of company
1- Rameshwar(Ram)- HR of Mangium Infotech
2- Priyanka Roy- Project Manager of Mangium Infotech and Last but not the least
3- Humayun K Abbas- CEO of Mangium Infotech

First if you enter the Company There are number of wall clocks which are displaying timings of different countries, countries like(london, Australia, UAE etc, etc) LOL they don't have any branches it's all FAKE.. displaying just phone numbers in website doesn't mean that you have branches in Those countries- This is for Humayun K Abbas.

Ok I will Start with REVIEW

First I will Start with Rameshwar kapoor(Ram) HR, Well If you go for Interview this is the first person whom you face, He is thin, Frog face guy... He will take you to his HR cabin and He will speak as if he is the owner of the company, He will tell mangium is this, mangium is that, we are all around the world, we are growing big in industry, we have certain terrms and conditions(note: Please read last paragraph for terms and conditions details), He will tell we have branches all around the world UK, UAE, Australia, etc etc.. In short PLEASE DON'T TRUST THIS GUY

Second Priyanka Roy- Project Manager, Senior citizen of Mangium Infotech people says She has 7 years of Experience(I don't know in which field she has experience) but I will not speak anything about her, but BEWARE she takes 2nd round of your Interview if you agree for their T&C.

Last but not the Least Humayun K Abbas, CEO of Mangium Infotech- Well Well Well what to say about this guy, Words are not enough to describe this man, This man takes the Final round of your Interview, He speaks very nicely, (He should have been in politics He would've been CM for sure), All LIES( I don't know He has beard, He looks religious but still he do these kind of things and tell lies), This man doesn't even bother about anyone he only thinks about himself..

Now about their TERMS and CONDITIONS: WHAT THEY TELL

>First we have to pay 50000rs as Security Deposit
>18 months bond
>First 3 months no salary
>They tell, they will give Training on different frame works and advanced technologies from an Expert(Manjunath Gowda- an outsider C.A.O of some other company).
>From 4th month 8000rs salary
>No holidays on saturday
>working hours 09:00am to 6:30pm

To their TERMS and CONDITIONS : WHAT ACTUALLY IT IS
> on the very first day of joining they will take 50000rs Full amount.. (That is what they want from you).
>No bond signing and no Appointment Letter(till now its been almost 5 months)
>They have NOT given any training which they told they will give.
>6th month not even single Rupee I got as salary(4'th + 5th month=16000rs Pending )
>working hours 09:00 am to 6:30 but u will never ever come out at 6:30pm- timings sometimes morning 7am to night 10 or 10:30... and sometimes have to work on sunday's also...


Please Don't Join this Company, 2005 registered company still has 27 employes not even single employee who is getting his/her pay in time,
