Manhole overflows through out night in lic colony, saidabad, hyderabad, telangana. the same has been reported yesterday in the morning (youtube video of the same can be seen at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=brqelcab4bc&feature=youtu.be). it was fixed in the morning but it got repeated again in the evening around 6.30 pm and was flowing in the colony throughout night
