Manipal Hospitals — Incorrect Billing

I was admitted in Manipal Whitefield on 10-May-26 and discharged on 12-May-26. I was charged INR1990/- for a blood gas analysis test am told that was done when I was admitted. However the hospital cannot provide me the report. They are providing me a report without name or my hospital # hence that cannot be accepted as my report. If the hospital cannot provide me a report with my name and hospital id then it implies there was no test done. if that was the case I need the hospital to refund my amount. If the test was done then I need a valid report

I have been following up with the hospital on the email id provided and the phone number provided but no response
