This is Parvez Akhtar, i had secured admission to MUJ online course and opted for MBA. I had submitted all the required documents on provided email id "pending.[protected]@onlinemanipal.com", but the documents are not being accepted for unknown reasons. Now since admission is not being accepted, I seek refund. Consider this mail for cancellation of my admission and provide me refund asap, hope their is no challenge in this.br...

I studied BCA in this university and I experienced some very faulty policies in this university.

First of all, during your admission, the counselors will give you fake promises just to earn the credit of your admission. I was promised discounts, additional facilities like assignment help and more during the admission process but they were all lies.

They have a help desk but these people are also very unresponsive...

Hi i am Victor as i have enrolled and completed my education in Manipal University online i have faced the further Issues.
They had promised me all this and where failed to deliver

1.Fraud University with 0 placement Module
2.No regular classes
3.extra charges of examination fees
4.No services for online program like mentor, placements, examination
5. low lecturer profile Lecturer have no knowledge about subjects

Nitin Sharma From Ghaziabad And I Received 20 Counselor calls some are saying that total University Complete Course Fees is Rs 1, 66, 000 but Due to some special discount o[censored]niversity If you registered today from our university you have to pay Rs 1, 25, 000 or some are saying that 1, 35000 or, 1, 50, 000 or 1, 40, 000 but anchal is saying that it is not possible but they all are counselor are calling from Manipal University in Jaipur so it is totally possible so I pls request you to take strict action against them they challenge the image o[censored]niversity for giving wrong information and send me the university or less salary amount brochure to my WhatsApp Number if you take strict action against after that I will take registration in your university otherwise I am not interested to take admission in your university because of this fraud is happening and nobody take action I have call so many senior they saying that we will take action but nobody is take serious of my problem I am disappointed with your university behaviour

I had applied for manipal phase 2 application but my application is rejected and i have not even received my refund of 2k and further, now to give second attempt i have to pay 1.4k?

Application number :[protected]. Application got rejected due to unknown reason. Now helpdesk disconnecting the call, counsellors not attending to calls. No one responding to emails. Cyou expedite my refund please? I have my money blocked and cant take my admission in another university?

On 19/3/2023 i was searching online for BBA admission, i got a call from manipal university councellor Arnab Ghosh and he informed there are only 2 seats available for BBA course and and today would be the last date for admission and he forced me to make the admission and through the website I paid the admission amount 20, 000
through credit card on EMI,

After two days...

I was studying in manipal from 2021 I'm going to finish my course this year 2023 last 5 days I'm asking for my bonafide certificate they are not giving the guy who called me is name is kunal he told me they I'll send me the bonafide in 48 hours it almost 5 days now because my dad want show this fee structure for income tax coverage

First of all I want to say that I have been consulted many doctors of Manipal, there behaviour was very Polite but the behaviour of Dr Bidisha was very Impolite and rude I have consulted her and she gave many laboratory tests, MRI EEG ECG and many more etc etc.then I have done the all tests as she told after that I had appointed her... After while her assistant told me to sit, , Then after 5 mins her assistant again told that the doctor will be little bit late Then I said its OK but I sat there around 2, 3 hours
The doctor has been seeing other patient but didn't call us after sometime her assistant took the reports from me but didn't ask me to go inside the consultation room I am from Assam but for better and great treatment I came here but I am not satisfied and feeling very upset for such bad behaviour of Dr Bidisha Banerjee "thank you"

I have applied for cancellation of my refund on 4th oct 2022 and they have not processed for a refund yet. They are just saying you will get your refund. Firstly they were saying that within 30 days you will get your refund and now they are saying it tales 30 to 45 working days. They are irritating.

I have paid Fees of the first installment of the B tech program at MIT Bengaluru. Programm B tech Computer Science (AI) and have recived a payment initiated email as paid. but havent recived the provisional Admission Order on the manipal counseling website and it is still saying to pay the installment....

My name is Urvashi Sherke. I applied online for BCA in Manipal Jaipur and I paid ₹18000 fee for first semester. After that I did not have any contact with the university. please help me.

This is to hereby inform that Interns of renal replacement therapy and dialysis technology (Nephrology dept.), are not getting proper behaviour and attitude from the working nursing staffs.
Especially male nurse named Vittal Salian, working in dialysis unit of KMC irritates the interns as well as student he lacks professionalism, as well as basic human instincts. He is rude to the interns, and orders them to do work they are not supposed to do .
Urgent and strict action is required, from the authority.

I just got admitted here in phd programme. I am not receiving any scholarship etc its self financed. they are forcing us to stay in college from 9 am to 6 pm everyday even when we do not have any class or work in university. its seriously affecting our physical and mental health. as its located good distance of 25 km from city its take nearly 1 or more hour to come here. and we reach our home nearly 7 pm because of which we are not able to join any fitness club or relax. its seriously frustrating how they are playing with our health.

I was willing to admission in MCA online program from Jaipur online platform.
Abhinav and Arvind from Manipal team confirm me that I am eligible for this.
But when I have submitted documents and paid the fees, I received an email to resubmit my documents because it was not accepted.
I have talked to team and resubmit my documents.
But they have not worked on it and not given admission.
Now they had stopped responding my emails and calls.
They kept my request on hold till the last date of admission.

I request please help to refund my fees.
Admission Session: 2021-22

I have done payment for online councilling for Btech admission in Manipal institute of technology on 13 and 17 of July but the login site is not getting opened and the refund is also not received.The transaction details are mailed.but no response from the institute.
The payment has been made thrice yet no refund or recipient. Even though the money had been deducted, the payment shows a failure.
I have contacted the university...

Manipal Academy of Higher Education has denied me a retest to their entrance exam, which I was unable to write due to a technical issue on their side.

I had given my Manipal Entrance Test on June 11th, there was a glitch in the browser they had instructed us to use so I was not able to give my exam properly. After speaking with the technical helpline they asked me to quit the exam and that they would let me write a retest at a later date.

After 9 days they informed me through email that I will not be allowed to give a retest, and they did not give me any reasons why. Even after many further attempts of contact through email and customer service they ignored my request and in the end I was not able to give my test, and they are not refunding the application fee too.

As can be seen in the attachments below, I have even shown them proof that the issue was their fault, but still they have refused my request.

Hi All

I have joined the Manipal Post Graduate Online program during August 2019 and the course duration was 6 months.

The course fee was 1.5 Lakhs and they arranged Loan for the same which I have completed on June 2020.

As per the schedule, the course was completed during March 2020 and I have completed all the assessments successfully.
But still we don't get any certifications from the university or any other course benefits which they promised before joining the course.
They have promised for Meet-ups, career leap programs, Manipal university alumni benefits and all but we haven't received any of the mentioned benefits after the last day of our class (around March 2020).

Since they have extended very long period and haven't given any benefits or career leap program during the course, I would like to demand for 50% of the course fees to be refunded to me.

I have used paytm to pay my daughters college fee of 220000+ on 7th july

My money is deducted from my bank but paytm did not pay to university instead sent a mail to me that my money will be refund in 3-21days..

Not even single reply i get nor my money to my bank account.
Is this they brag everywhere. 24hiurs customer service??!!
Now dead line to pay fees is 20th july
As my money not credited into my account, i still waiting to pay
Now university impose penalty..
Who are going to pay that penality??

AS i am facebook user and fan of "Manipal University Facebook Page". on jan 13th they started a contest thru facebook as other companies doing.. so i participated in the contest as they make the steps. in the end of the contest i got an email where they asking details o[censored]sers to dispatch the prize.. i sent details "documents name mention here". and after few hours i got in reply that you are gonna be Disqualified, becoz as per our contest terms we said 18-24 years old person can take participate.. and stand a chance to claim contest prize.. i checked all the posts of the page.. they always says conditions apply but they never ever shared or publish conditions link any where on the internet.. they cheated this time for not giving me first prize of the contest as i am on the rank 1. they harassed me mentally. according to this acknowledgement i want full compensation regarding this matter Without Term Condition contest Run !! After Contest End You Said Term&Condition wow !!
