Manipal University Jaipur — Regarding migration certificate | |||||
Sir i took admission in Btech in session 2016-17 And as the environment wasn't good i left the college jst after 2 months . I want to take admission in some other college and they are asking for migration and transfer certificate or NOC From my previous college.without these documents they are not enrolling me .. But manipal University is refusing to give those documents. So kindly tell me the solution to this.
