I had a very disappointing experience at Mani’s Cafe, Kandivali West on 22/06/2025.
- Waited over an hour for my parcel while Swiggy/Zomato riders were being served first.
- Walk-in customers like me were completely ignored.
- Staff was poorly managed, very rude, and confused with cash handling.
- They were accepting new orders even though they didn’t have ingredients or staff.
- Food was served cold, stale, and was not worth the price at all.
This kind of service is totally unacceptable. I request consumer forums to take strict action and alert other customers.
