No Service From Carriers AC
I am from Jammu and Kashmir. I have called many times to Carrier Customer Care but only Received a message that Service request of CARRIER product has been assigned to( ………..)He will contact you within a day. But after lapes of 03 Days no action Taken from your side only I’ds Received[protected] and[protected]
My AC, (Carrier) is under warranty and have complaint only for annual Service under warranty Period. But Since 03 days i am being just given assurance for Service Centre Engineers visits with in a day Such a Disgusting Service. I Have called many times but still no Service or output Comes after 03 days.
If any one AC buyer is reading this DO NOT BUY CARRIER AC..its not worth.
There are many other reliable brands.
The company does not have good Services Provided they sell AC at high price and leave it to the customer to deal with problens.
For the People of India please Don’t but the product of Carrier Company. Please Purchase made in India AC Products like VOLTAS in future for Better Services and Maintenance.
