Farmers depends the tamil nadu govt and agricultural departments. Many farmers are facing the crop productivity and agricultural product price. Our district most of the area belong to kaveri river tail end delta area's. We are fully depending the ground water and combined with rain water. Our yield particularly rice is the major crop in all areas. Asst. Director working for this department. Farmers unable to cultivate the without water. But, we need the new technology for saving of water. Water and crop yield are main factor in every farmer. We have the more regional research station can able to analyse the farmer issues. But, what they are doing inside the station?. Central govt support to arrange the all research works.
We are unable to get benefit from this research station. We also consider like your taluk agri officer. Every union or panchayat having development officers. They are unable frankly useless people to resolve farmers issues.in delta region, we expect your valuable support to the farmers. Your individual willingness only encourage the farmers. We will have to know their work activities in each and every month. Hoping to give the training for more to handle the farmers.
