One of the Pathetic tours and travels is Mann tours & Travels.
In the month of November I had decided to take my family i.e my wife, my kid (3 years ), my parents and In laws (senior citizens) to Dubai.
This was the first abroad trip for all o[censored]s.
We decided to book thru Mr. Amit Narichania from Mann tours and travels located at Hemukalani road, Kandivali West agency. this was the biggest mistake of my life
After this trip, My Mom and my in laws have decided that they will never ever travel abroad after the pathetic experience because of Mr. Amit
This person has literally ensured that our entire trip is spoiled and we were harressed mentally from the start of the trip till the end
Also he has fradulently charged us much more by giving us false and wrong information.
Here are some of the examples which will give you a fair idea as to how we were mistreated by the agent.
1. Before leaving for Dubai I asked several times to Amit (owner of Mann tours) to provide us with the driver contact details who will come to pick us up from Dubai airport but he did not give us the same. After reaching Dubai he gave details and we had to wait for 2 hours on airport. Because Amit asked that person to wait on terminal 1 and we landed on terminal 3. Just imagine with 4 senior citizens and a small kid.
On reaching the hotel we did not had time to relax as there was some sight seing planned so immediately we had to leave.So again you can understand what kind of feeling and anger must have gone through our mind .
We were really frustrated but my worry was kid as she was being dragged along just because of one persons non commitment .
2. On next day morning driver came to pick up at 10am and we reached to Dubai frame at 10.45am. tickets already bought for everyone by Amit (even after knowing that senior citizens are free and in our group 2 persons age was above 65) and timing of ticket was 10am. Security did not allow us to go inside because of time lapse. We literally begged them to allow us for 15 to 20 mins and after that they allowed.
Just imagine my situation in front of my family, it was humiliating.
Here the agent charged us for all the members, this is cheating.
On same day we have been told twice by Amit to wait on reception at 4pm to enjoy ride of limousine. But driver came at 5pm. Amit agreed (by WhatsApp, I have proof) that this was his wifes mistake that she informed us to come at 4 and driver at 5. This was i feel was on purpose as I already had a heated argument with Amit regarding the mismanagement and mis communication and also on the extra money charged to us.
3.Second day morning, two driver came to pick up us from hotel because Amit forgot to cancel one of the travel agency. We were confused with whom we shall go and to sort out as to in which car we should travel took us one more hour .
4. He added lost chambers and aqua venture in our itinerary (please note ticket of this was costly). Driver dropped us on decided spot and asked to come back within 2.5 hours. Lost chambers we took one hour to explore and aqua venture is water park, Amit did not think even once before booking that how can someone visit aqua venture within 1.5 hours. Money got wasted.
We were not informed about the nitigrities of this agenda. We had placed our trust but he has misused our trust by charging us much more then what we should have paid
5. After coming back from Dubai, we discussed with Amit the total costing. Amit himself counted total expenses of my daughter (3 years old) 21000 INR and he charged us 28000 (I have recorded phone call) saying that this is my profit and while booking full trip, he told us many times that will not charge extra money for baby.
So this will give you a fair idea about the all the stress and trauma which my family and myself had to go through because of one persons non capability to handle things and not full filling the commitment and further more cheating us and giving us wrong information.
He had made our Journey miserable and I hope proper action is taken against him.
