Manohar — Caste certificate

Respected sir,

I wanted a sbc caste certificate for my son purpose and when we went to the old custom house the officials mumbai over there are asking for my father caste certificate and his school leaving certificate.

Point -1
My father dont have caste certificate showing from govt of andhra pradesh revenue mandal which contact "hindu padmashali" or school leaving certificate as they are not educated
They dont know to read and write any documents. But they are not accepting andhra pradesh cast certificate

My father didn't have any brother.

Point -2
But i have the valid sbc caste certificate in my name issued by old custom office mumbai.in 2005. Also issue to my daughter also on my father service certificate of 1956 and cast certificate of andhera pradesh.

I have submitted 3 proofs of residential proof of 1967.
I showed the below original documents to them.

1. Father service certificate - 19556 and andhra pradesh revenue mondal certificate contain caste as "hindu padmashali"
2. Father voting election certificate of 1967 issued by municipal authority.

3. My original sbc caste certificate issued by collector from old custom house, mumbai.
4. My school leaving certificate showing my caste as "hindu padmashali
5. My. Son birth certificate
6. My voting card
7. My ration card
8. Affidavit
9.. My birth certificate

But the setu office staff are not accepting the same. Saying that it is not valid cast of my father. They required my father leaving certificate showing cast, 1967 year to be mentioned in one certificate.

This certificate is employee state insurance corporation

Esi act the central govt. Of india.

But the officials staff are not accepting the service certificate - 1967 and mentioned caste as" hindu padmashali " they are saying that this certificate is not valid now the rules has been changed.
But not showing the notice of rules changed.

What should i do...???

Sir, i humbly request to you please have a look into the above subject and advice the solution
As soon as possible as lots of people's are expecting on you to get the solution from you in future
They will get any problem for the same.
