Dear Sir, I updaed my passbook on 30 July 2021 and 05 Aug 2021 at Mission Chariali, my SB account No [protected] is operating at PBB Madurai City, SME Code No 11544, my amount debited from my DSP SB account No. [protected] was erroneously transacted from credit amount @ Rs.50, 000/- on 09 July 2021 and Rs.50, 000/- on 10 July 2021 and that txn amount account No [protected] was erroneously debited by unauthorised person txn not done by me）, the txn date and amount are as follows:-
