Visit university if you can, they will give you degree in your hand. I got mine, even i had applied to get my degree and got that posted to my home address, while i was travelling to the university in tamilnadu.

University staff is very helpfull and hardworking. They will support you full.

Degree application fee is 1000 + 50 rs per year search fee.

I met people visiting the uni for their certificates from your state haryana also.
