Mansa Promoters, 11, Krishna Market, 1st Floor (Backside), Kalkaji, New Delhi – 110 019. e-mail : [protected]@mansapromoters.com Sub.: Complain for Fraud Reg.: Customer ID – 1144 For `The Astor Offer Card’ Dear Sirs, I had purchased one `THE ASTOR’ Offer Card of Rs 1400/- from your representative Mr. Pradeep of Kolkata (Cell #[protected] on 15/06/2011 against the Receipt # 818 in this regard. But Sir, sorry to say that I could not take the advantage of the card single time after purchasing of that as on first time. The Hotel Staff in the reception use to underestimate me by saying that this facility can not be entertained as no permission is there from the Hotel authority in this respect. Not only has that after few days when I again tried to use the card facility second timed, I was told that `A Party’ is going on, so they can not entertain me whereas the card package was inclusive of parties. The same thing happened four times with me even in front of my family also. I was disgusted & had called your Kolkata office in[protected] & specifically informed them over phone about the problem. Not only that I had shared the problem with the following persons of your Kolkata Office again & again: 1> Mr. Pawan Solanki (2 times) - He told he will discuss the matter & called me back but It is pending till date no call receipt in this regard. 2> Mr. Suprodeep (1 time) (Cell #[protected] he also assured me to revert after discussion. But this times also NIL result. 3> Mr. Nehar Singh (1 time) he also helped to view the old picture in new mode. 4> Mr. Amit Mundhra (2 times) (Cell #[protected] Unable to solve the issue. 5> Mr. Anurag Sharma (Last one) on 18/10/12, who also agreed that it was wrong but noticed that the data had been deleted from your site upon checking your so called site. Now, sir can I ask the question that whether the Project of Astor, Kolkata was at all in existence or it was totally a fraud being organised by you. I therefore request you to refund my amount of Rs 1400/- with an immediate effect otherwise I have to disclose the matter in the site of Consumer Forum. Not only that I shall be compelled to take the necessary had legal action against you in this regard had which pleased note. Once again I request you to settle down the matter by refunding the amount of Rs1400/- to stop the necessary action against fraud. Thanking You, Yours faithfully, Saurabh Kumar Kesarwani.

Mansa Promoters. — Complain for Fraud

Through their representative Mr. Pawan (Phone: [protected], [protected]) and Mr. Anurag (Phone: [protected]) we paid Rs.6000/- through NEFT to purchase Clark-inn Hotel Membership offered by them.

1. As this is a official payment, Inspite of sending many reminders we failed to get Invoice from them.
2. I am afraid that they have not paid GST, hence not in position to issue Invoice.
3. The National Benefit Card issued by them is fake, not able to get 50% discount as mentioned by them.
4. The phone numbers mentioned in their website and cover page i.e.[protected]/79 are our of orders.
5. Mr. Anurag Sharma (Ph: [protected]) who sold this packet to me - Completely rubbish over the telephone.
6. Mr Pawan (Ph: [protected]) who visited with Mr. Anurag Sharma to our premises - Always getting no response on his phone.
