[Resolved] Mantri Builders — cheating clients by Delaying preEMIE payout

Hi, I booked a flat in Mantri Alpyne. The deal was, Mantri will pay me 30K every month if I pay them the entire amount during booking. Hence I paid them entire 65 Lacs. Now from past 4 months they are delaying this payment and have stopped responding to emails. I believe that there are about 160 clients who opted for this offer are undergoing a lot of stress. Please suggest how to get rid off this hassle. I dont want to keep begging them for my money every month. Lot o[censored]s are struggling hard to pay EMI to the bank due to this delay. Hi Sampath, just like you even I have opted for PEMI in Mantri Alpyne in G block and I have gone through the same pain. They are big time beggers who beg from middle class people like us to fulfill their rich dreams! Today I saw Mr. Sushil Mantri at Mantri mall at 5:30pm in Malleshwaram in an Audi (KA50 N1231) with some more blazered beggers and felt how come he is travelling in an Audi when he is indirectly begging from people like us by doing white labelled cheating and frauds! Anyhow, shame on him and entire family of mine have put curse on him! Every dog will have Its day! We will have ours and he is having his! I have planned to sit in front of their office in Mantri Alpyne from next month onwards if I don't get the PEMI. Call me on [protected] for any further assistance. FYI, I have already helped at least 5 people before them opting for any Mantri projects with PEMI scheme.

Hi Stockiee,

Now they have started crediting the preEMI on time. lets wait for this another month and take this further if there is any delay. Thanks for responding
