I agree with avinash and naveen, my friend /reference mr naveen gamini r-704 building 5 is also victim of mantri serenity project and their pre-emi scheeme from last 3 years. Pre-emi never paid properly and even if paid they don't care bank emi increase due to roi changes. They can delay the possession and registration as many times they can, however if buyer wants to opt out from buying flat after 3 years of pre-emi scheme they talk about the agreement and how i should abide by that. Our life's biggest mistake is referring their apartment without really doing any background check and also suggesting my friend from outside india to book the apartment in same project. Surprised to see that like us many others still falling into their pre-emi scheme trap and loosing their peace of mind. The bank's (Pnb, icici etc.) who join hands with such corrupt builders also dragged into court because once money is taken by the builders, it is the responsibility of buyer to keep paying the emi's or to close the loan. He is paying bank the pre_emi (Rs.60k) and bank is asking to get the registration documents to disburse the remaining amount of loan without any clue of non-completion of the project by their certified builders. Some one received email notification from mantri builders that, mrs. Snehal mantri received woman cxo award of 2018. Really surprised to see that cheaters, fraudsters and scamsters getting such top awards in india..
