[Resolved] Mantri Developers — mantri webcity parcel 2 delayed for 4 years and construction activity is stopped

I booked in Mantri Webcity Parcel2 in 2014 with possession date as July 2016 but from the day i booked, they keep on shifting possession date from July 2016 to Mar 2017, Oct 2017, Apr 2018, Sep 2018 and Now Mar 2020. Construction activity in parcel 2 is also completely stopped from last 6 months so Mar 2020 is also looking impossible. Mantri Developer is keep on doing lie promises and penalty for delay is peanut.
They have stopped responding to mail, phones etc. They are completely fraud and unethical company. Never deal with these kind of frauds again. Once they recieved 90 percent amount from customers, we are on the mercy of builder as they have stopped work. I am planning to go legal against them against their fraud due to which I am suffering financially, mentally from last 4 years.

Thousands of times we have raised our concerns to mantri but their never care attitude after sitting on our hard earned money is forcing us to come on social platform to inform about your ill practices.

Updated by Gv_Vg I have connected thousands of times with your CRM who keep on changing like season changes in year. And more disgusting they never reply to any of the concerns. Don't try to pretend as if you and your team sincerely and promptly raise on customer concerns.

Updated by Gv_Vg Can you please open this complaint as its unresolved. And like Possession date is delayed forever and similarly this issue is also will not be resolve forever since Mantri Developers have no willingness to help the customers who trusted on them.

Shame on mantri developers for being compulsive lier. Don’t even believe one word coming out of Mantri. They are a very big fraud developer. Their all the projects are a big failure.
