Maple Fly International — Money not refunded

I have been in touch with MapleFly since April 2019 and have paid them Rs. 1lac for immigration to Canada, since then for 1 year they were responding to emails and calls etc. But from last 6 months I have not received any single mail reply from their side upon asking them about the status of my file/application etc. Last mail I wrote to them was on 10th Feb 2022 asking them to refund the money and tried to call them up but no response till date. Even their phone numbers mentioned are not existing now.
