Maple Fly International — Multiple complaints: Money refund not done as promised.

Hi All,

This note is mainly to prevent innocent folks from getting enrolled to MapleFly rather than getting my issue resolved.

This is mainly for those who choose MapleFly.ca for their careers. To tell my story in short, enrolled to MapleFly on Jan 2016 for Canada Visa processing and am now struggling to get my refund back waiting for 5 years now.

From Jan 2016 paid the money, documentation process
completed on Oct'2016. So Since Oct'2016 till Jan'2019 there
were 6only less than 6 General round of interviews.

Later in Jan 2019, I preferred to upgrade my profile paying 5000/- but since then, till I requested for withdrawal (Jan'2020) these general interviews were also not scheduled.

Loosing hope on them completely I chose the path of study to destine myself to overseas. Now am in US doing my Masters.

Now I fighting to get my money back, but since Mar'2020 till now they procrastinating but there has been so significant progress.

The initial date for refund was said to be before 25th Dec 2020, (claiming COVID as an excuse) then they claimed due to Christmas and New Year, refund will be done by 15Jan2021.

When I urged them for a quicker refund stating that I was to travel to US, THEY WERE REQUESTING FOR MY FLIGHT TICKETS AS A PROOF OF MY TRAVEL. This showed how much professional they were. I have managed to show you all this with a screenshot highlighting in black color.

Later 22Jan21 was said. As i was to leave US by end of Jan'21 they promised my refund by end of Jan'21 but still its the same old story.
NOw the latest update on this is, they will not be able to refund my money until 20th of Feb 2021, coz the concerned director was not available it seems.

The resources dont seem to have good communication at all, even after requesting for a cancellation and refund, one of the executives, who is said to be in Managerial position (Shivani) said the same old dialogue "Mr. Karthikeyan your profile is in circulation, you may get a call anytime". At this point only i realized that these people are not taking anything seriously. Looks they just loot money.

Not just these low level resources, but the director himself gave a very promising reply safeguarding his first impression, later he din bother to reply to any of my queries.

I have many mail conversations proving it it a waste of time and money enrolling to maple, but I have managed to share just a sample of it.
