Maple Fly International — Refund not yet received

Hi,
My name is Nipun Kumar and I have applied for Canada PR through this company, After long time when it was not done, I asked for refund and they agreed to refund the amount and got the agreement signed from me, There was a employee name Madhu and Ekashi, who always tell me that my cheque is ready only they are waiting for signature on it, Now since 2 months there number is disconnected, I am not able to understand from where can I get the help to get my hard earned money back, I would request if some one can help me .
