Maple Fly International — Refund payment not received & Initiated till date

Hi all, this is Kamala Kumar B, victim of Maplefly Internation.
I have applied for Canadian Work Visa in the month of 7th November 2019, as well paid all the amount for the process and submitted all the necessary documents before 60 days from 7th Nov 2019 as per the agreement made.

Ms. Shivani was appointed as my case manager, and she never give any updates until unless we used to call or Email to her. If we call and ask her the answer will be " Sir u r file is in process, soon u will get Interview calls", but we never get any calls, till 25th March 2020.

Unfortunately we have a pandemic situation since from March 25th 2020 till May 2020, and I have waited till July 2020. from then I am used to call Ms. Shivani and she won't respond any calls, if responded answer will be " Sir u r file is in process" this story was continued till mid of Sep 2020, and i was waxed with these kind of answers and informed thru mail for the file cancellation and told to refund my money back.

From mid Sep 2020, i used to call regularly in a frequent intervals to Ms. Shivani and the answer is "we have forwarded u r cancellation request to our legal team, buy next monday you will get an update" like this happened till today.

Today 26th Oct 2020, again i gave a call and Ms. Madhu has taken a call and she answered " in this pandemic situation we are not working in refund cases" straight away, she is not listening our words too.

Kindly please suggest in which way i have to proceed to get back my refund

Dear all,

Please don't asnwer any calls from the fraudsters from Maplefly International, Delhi office (+[protected], mumbai Office (+[protected] & executives like "MADHU(+91 [protected]), SHIVANI(+91 [protected]), KASHI & now AMIT(Operations Manager) - (+91 [protected])"

They are forced us to pay the amounts and signing the documents, later after they won't process our file and even though they won't update the status as well. If we try to call them they will answer like in a rude behaviour " Your file is in Process".

I am fighting to get back my refund, since from last Novmber 2020.

Today 2nd May 2022, some one contacted me from Maplefly Mr. Raj (Accounts Manager) and given me an email ID [protected]@inbox.ru, that i have to write a email for my refund.

I have wrote an email, and i got reply saying to pay 5999 INR as cancle fees to Mr. Mukesh Kumar, LLB, Consumer Court Team, within 15 mins, otherwise your amount would be blocked.

Bank Details shared for me down below:

Bank- Fi Bank

If I have to pay the charges then I will pay for the court or to the Goverment of India, but they have given me the personnel bank account details. In that the name of the Bank account holder was different (mentioned as Rekha) and the lawyer name was Mr. Mukesh Kumar.

I was very confused and I am afraid to pay such amount again!!!

I was suspected and clearly told to Mr. Raj (MapleFly), deduct that 5999 INR from my money, and refund the balance. But Mr. Raj said no chance of doing so, and said we have to follow the rules.

****And at last I was scripting this complaint, I have got the message from Mr. Raj (Maplefly), that your amount has been blocked.****

Dear Maplefly Team,

Even if i have write the email to the mentioned above email address, you people won't respond and as well i have wrote so many emails till date and so many calls to your Delhi office (+91 11 43511747), mumbai Office (+91 22 49729591) & executives like "MADHU(+91 9958687082), SHIVANI(+91 8929968813), KASHI & now AMIT(Operations Manager) - (+91 9643431937)" - but no use. on 12th January 2022, i have send a message to AMIT thru whatsapp, and today 22nd January he replied me and suggested to close and apply for refund, that too i won't get the full refund.

Even i have asked for process the application, simply saying in one word to apply for refund or send a mail to madhu.

You people have not started process of my application then you need to pay the full amount of which i have paid while at the registration time.
Your amount is blocked.
