Maple Fly International — wrong commitment by ms.mamta kumari | |||||
For overseas job i have received a mail from maplefly. So, a sales person ms. Mamta kumari was sending the mails about the process. She said only 2500/- i need to pay for pre-assessment charges. Rest everything will be taken care by the employer. I asked multiple times & she said the same. Once i done the payment of rs.2500/- then she said we need to pay 50-60k for filing charges. I frustrated & said don't process mine. Also i didn't give the pre-assessment details to her. She was asking me for the details repeatedly & i said i don't want please refund the money as the details were not given fully about the payments. Even in the mail also its not mentioned. Only rs.2500/- mentioned & highlighted in yellow. She is not having my details & she said she has started the process & asking me for the details to start the process. I paid the amount on 31st may evening & i said i don't want the process on 1st june early morning itself. She ignored my requests & she was asking me for the details to start the process. I am keep on saying don't start the process. She is not hearing that. Also ms. Swetha was shouting & threatening me that she cant provide the pre-assessment report without my details. I got the point like the pre-assessment not started yet. So, i am looking for the refund of rs.2500/- I have sent mail to all the mail ids of maplefly which are mentioned in the website www.maplefly.ca No response from anyone till now. I am keep on saying i don't want the process & ms. Mamta & ms. Swetha was asking me to give the details. Was this information helpful? | |||||
