Kindly note that I have purchased mobile accessories from maple on 20/09/2024

While purchasing they give me warranty on my all products for 6 months

Products I purchased as below
1-mobile case
2-mobile screen guard
3-mobile lenses cover

Now they argue me and denied warranty to exchange mobile case and argue with me that we only provide warranty on mobile screen guard

However while purchasing they provide me wrong information and misguide me and now I assure that they doing cheating with me and now sales person said may be it was misunderstanding.

Sales person name as : mohd Ali Hussain Shaikh

Store manager give me commitment on 24 November 2024 that I will confirm with sales person and let you know and request me to come on 25 November 2024

On 25 November 2024 they told all staff shifted now I will let you in some days and provide me contact number for tracking issue.

Now I called him he can’t received my call and give me fake promise and ignore me

Also I request them to check CC tv footage and they said in cc tv we didn’t have voice recording

Means they always cheated with customer to sale product with planning

I have recorded video in store that they refused to exchange product

Also I have voice recording with sales person and he also not sure that he give me warranty on mobile case

Amount of purchase as :3500

Hence I request you to assist on the same.
