Maplebear School Indirapuram — Asking for unnecessary fees

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to draw your attention that my family lives in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. I have one child aged 3.9 yrs .
As my child was taking classes in maple bear vasundhara branch, they had many issues with the area and teacher around one month, the school was closed because they didn't pay the rent amount but we have paid full amount .We faced so many problems and after sometime they sent child to the indirapuram branch, we understood them and we didn't asked for email because we trusted them in fact 4days they were taken our child through Uber cab with no helper /didi/ayaa we talk to mam regarding these issues as my child was sitting alone in the front .In the month of may, they were start giving the classes through zoom application, sir we faced a lot of financial issues after 18 classes, we called Shreya and convey my problem to her then she said "okey, no problem " now she asking for full payment that was our mistake we haven't record her conversation between us as we trusted her a lot and i think that was our biggest mistake that's why she's threating us now .At that time she didn't ask me for the professional record sir . They were so unprofessional from very starting now she talked to me very rudely this is how they were running maple bear branch. if we're not facing the financial issues, we will definitely continue as i told her already about my issues in the corona we faced job problem now she is saying we don't care you have to pay 40000/- as u have taken 18 classes but sir my husband faced the job problem in the begin of corona that's we have discontinued please we can pay for 18 classes but i will not pay 40000/- .

Now we are getting threatening messages on whatsapp. She asked me to mind your language and pay the full fees. However i have not sent any unprofessional mail but still she saying mind your language. Due to Covid, everyone is facing financial issues and I conveyed the same on email but she denied to help. So we decided to discontinue the classes and informed Shreya on call. We faced a lot of problems in maple bear but never complained or highlighted things in front of you. I tried to convey messages on my parent app but they stop me by saying dont send messages on myparent app.We can bring other parents who faced samer issue and mailed you also for help. Maple Bear indirapuram only focuses on money not education. Please help us from Shreya Prasad as she is mentally torturing my wife and me. .

Earlier my wife was working with Maple bear but she left within a week due to unprofessional behaviour of management. Kindly do the needful and i am ready to fight for the right cause. If she wants I can bring the media and fight for justice.

We are COVID positive and cant take it more.

Now she is torturing to my family members. . In case anything happen to me and our family, she will be responsible for the same. Its a limit.

She is forcing us to pay whole amount which is not correct. No proper communication during start of online session.
Adding one more thing we are always ready to pay quarter fees and never denies same has been communicated yesterday also.
