I have paid Rs 48.5k during Oct'15 without checking their background .
they are holding my case due to documentation issue i.e one document is pending i.e Job description and salary details on company letter head for all my previous employment. this document is not possible hence i asked the employer details who is asking for this particular document but not response at all.
the i asked for people reference who already got job through Maplefly, but not response at all.
neither they are processing my case nor refunding my money.

To improve my financial condition, I have applied to get a job in abroad through Maplefly International consultancy. They took almost Rs. 90, 000/- and told that 65% will be refundable amount in case we cancel it and told to scheduled job interviews. Before taking money they were really proactive on calling me, given statuses on time. But once I paid money they never call me. I have to call them about the statuses and they were just lying that we are in process, you will get interview calls in 2-3 weeks but never got calls and again I have to call them to get status. When I cancelled it then they told that out of 90K, 30K will be there non refundable amount, almost 18K will be GST which I have to pay and out of 42K you will not get any amount as per signed agreement but still we will give you 20K.
These people are legal goons which are only making money by trapping innocent and needy people. Even I cancelled the application almost a month ago still not got any responses. On phone they just lie. Can you please take a action against such consultancies and go through their legal agreement which they are using to fool the people. During this period I was under depression as nothing moving ahead and these people are given false hopes. There might be many more people who are suffering through this.
REQUEST YOU TO STOP SUCH CONSULTANCIES \ COLLEGES OR MAKE THE STRICT RULES FOR THEM SO THAT THEY WON'T FOOL THE PEOPLE. Thank you.
