Margdarshak — fraud

Margdarshak painted a rosy picture about returns after training. They charged rs 18000/- for 15 training modules. They said that they will allocate a trainer but actually it is just a sales girl level of person who may talk to you once or twice. You are supposed to read through more than 100 pages of each of the 15 modules on your own. This so called trainer cannot clarify any doubts and will claim to be busy with other calls if you get through. She will deliberately speak to you as if you are being unreasonable and then disconnect your call.

Interestingly, they have loads of self-benefiting tasks for trainees. So you pay rs 18000/- do their work and if you fail their end-of-module test you pay some more. I read here that after getting their ends met, they kick out the trainees. It does look like my money is lost and i too am 'kicked out'.

I managed to speak to someone who was trying to sound very old and senior. Nobody wanted to tell me his name and he also didn't want to. He said he was overlooking everything there. I told him that the first training module was just bullet points of 104 pages and no-one can learn anything from it. After that conversation they have blocked my phone.

No-one is contacting me even after 6-7 emails and dozens of calls which they don't pick up. I wanted the sales girl trainer to be changed but that also is not done. Clearly, i have lost rs 18000/- of my hard-earned money unless this consumer complaints forum is effective.

How is it that even after so many complaints this so called company is still operating?
