I had paid a booking amount of Rs.2000 in Marina motors Calicut, Kerala for a Tata tiago car on 26.08.2019. Later i cancelled my booking and requested for refund of advance. On 12.10.2019 I wrote a letter asking for the refund with details of my bank account and enclosed the bill they provided to me at the time of payment. I had done follow up with my executive several times and with the organisation. But even after 2 months they haven't provided me the refund amount. Executive is not even picking my call now. Kindly help
