I had registered my self with the company for a villa at pen mahrastra and paid rs.11000, as registration amount ra.10000/ being adjuastable refundable amount.vide their receipt no.481. further on demand vide their letter nombil/lse/vp/v-014/[protected], of rs.3.5 lakhs deposited the amount vide their receipt no.125 dated03.12, 2010 which confirmed delivery of villa to me being built by m/s arrow engineering ltd at pen maharastra by mariners build con in april 2014. I was assured by the company that the villas shall be delivered in time there is a clause in faq that we can ask fot refund any time now as the company /its owner have run away closing all their offices with no information to any one . we wish to get back our money as per our faq. chairman of the company capt. h.s. anand, resident of greater kailash part2.manager miss sangeeta tyagi and mr.paliwal legal head who has been promising should make prayments immediately lest we are forced ta take/ police action.my e mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.
