Mariot Holidays Inn & Suites — False Commitments/information to offer membership

This is my worst experience with Mariot Holiday Inn & Suites as they are cheating the innocent peoples and steal their hard earned money. The sweetness and the gesture the sales team will show while selling their membership, you will be bound to fall into their trap and once your card is swiped, they will give you an agreement to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid. They will not let you read the other conditions saying that you can read it later.

I have written number of mail for cancellation of my membership but there was no response from them which is quite frustrating and shows there unprofessional behavior. Even there own mails stating the statements which was not told to customers at the time of discussion.

I have requested for my refund, which they never told that its not refundable during the signing the contract.

Will update the case progress, please don't get into their trap.
