I buy an article from mark and Spencer in online sale worth ₹380 but the quality of product is as poor as road side material. Before placing an order I checked there is 30 days return policy is there. But today when m trying to return they said no return policy for sale product and after that they told me mail the product images I did. But then a new clause they added as they can't return product which is below the value ₹590.
This is not the way.. I want to return the product and sue the brand for fraud policy
