I sent a courier through mark express on 09/12/2024
to Karnataka. it contained a shoe which had invoice in it too of ₹16800 but it didn’t get delivered because I told them to return the parcel before it was delivered due to some issue but I didn’t receive it since then its been more than 5 months now and they are taking names of each other courier partners everytime I ask them. I want to take a legal action against them and get my money back. I have the tracking number as well . it is.[protected]
