It has been almost 1 month that I have raised a return request for wrong item they delivered. Repeated calls, emails, ticket issued. Each time they give you the same line - 2 to 3 days we will resolve. Marks and Spencer Customer care is nothing but blatant incompetence. They disrespect customer's time and patience so much that I will not ever buy anything from them again.
