Marriage Hall — refund the advance money paid for marriage function hall

I had booked the marriage hall for my sisters wedding on july 3 rd at kings court, bellary road by paying advance amount of rs. 5, 000 and on july 5th at sheesh mahal by paying advance amount of rs. 25, 000..
