There are quite a lot of problems with this marriage bureau and their app and I got cheated by them for 20 thousand rs.
Roopa and Praveen (Manager) called us multiple times and convinced my father and me that they have lot of divorced profiles to choose in any caste.
I am divorced and paid 20k and they also assured to return money if there are no profiles in it.
I made the payment on 20th Feb 2025 via Google pay to Praveen and they created my account after 1 week of payment and shared the details on 27th Feb 2025.
However my account was created with incorrect details like age, salary, parents name etc. I requested them to correct it but they did not do it so far.
When I logged in and noticed there are only 3 divorced profiles in my caste and they are not suitable to my profiles which means they are more aged and height.
I asked them to change the settings to view all caste divorced profiles. They said they will do it after a month.
I started following up with them after a month and they are not respading to my calls and chats. Hence I am raising a grievance as I am have not got any response from them.
Below are the high level details of their app.
1. The app is not Fully functional.
2. The app does not have settings to search requires profile. it only works for the same caste but fails to show the other community profiles.
3.in case you change the setting to another caste it will show up both grooms and brides and filters do not work.
4. App does not function and changes the langues to marathi or kannada sometimes.
5. No customer Support.
6. Updates incorrect Customer details.
7. Photos are blurry in the app.
8. Incomplete information of profiles.
9. Most of the numbers of profiles are broker numbers rather than actual groom/bride.
10. Their mangers and staff ignore and do not respond the call after payment.
11. App is very outdated.
Kindly requesting you to ask them to provide the correct services to me or refund my amount.
