I bought their travel package in feb2022 and within few months I tried booking one package which they have booked not even 2 stars with a promise of giving 4 star properties, since then I am sending mails and phone calls to cancel this package and refund our money.we visited their noida sector 62 office also and now they have closed that office, all the employees who dealt with us are now no more with the company, notvpicking calls, ones in 10 times some rahul picks also but no concrete response.. what ever they promised us is totally fraud and we are completely cheated of rs 1.6 lac approx..when ever we request for any booking, ether that location as per them is not with them or some other 3xecuse...finally when we tried booking thru web site, web site is also showing Oops error and not taking us to any of their destination domestic or international.. we request you to arrange full refund as not even single penny was used and these frauders needs ti be booked urgently, need to report to cyber crime and want FIR also to be registered...
