I purchased marrow few months ago and as per marrow guidelines I used it on two devices iPad and iPhone but due to some issue with my iPad I logged it into another tab and logged out from my previous iPad but the app continued to work smoothly without any issue
But few days ago I was logged out of marrow from both my devices and they asked me for verification. After verification it worked well for short period of time but then my account got suspended on my iPad. This maybe due to overuse or I kept it open for long hours without actively using it.
I have mailed regarding this issue but have not received any response since Sunday the only response I got was that legal team will look into your issue but there was no response from there legal team as well.I have payed a big amount for the subscription and this suspension is causing trouble in my studies
