[Resolved]  Maruthi Driving School — No Information Given Until I call them

I have registered with Maruthi Driving School and have paid them the amount on[protected]. Their simulator stopped working on Tuesday and they informed that they will let me know as soon as it is fine. I called on Wednesday and they said that they will let us know as soon as it is fine and also said that we should not be coming on Thursday unless they call us back. On Thursday my friend got a call and they start shouting that we have not attended and there was no prior information that it was fine. To take the theory classes, on 13th I told them that I will not be able to attend in Gachibowli as I stay at AS Rao Nagar and he said that he would make the arrangement in Begumpet. After this is there is no information from them on the time to attend and there is no information unless I call and find out. I was sick on Friday[protected] and when I call on Saturday[protected] at 9:30 AM he expects me to go to Begumpet from AS Rao Nagar and attend the class at 10:00 AM. They are very prompt in taking the money and do not care about giving the information about the session when required. This is not expected of such a famous institute in town.
