I recently ordered a crockery unit from Maruthi Furniture, located at Horamavu Junction, Outer Ring Road, Bangalore. I paid Rs10000 by card and remaining Rs 21000 by cash. After receving the final product I felt I got cheated, because the product was not as per the specification I gave. The owner agreed to make changes, but inspite of receving the full amount, he is not willing to complete the work.
