I had purchased maruti esteem vxi from kiran motors (Registration no gj 06 ba 9491), channi road, vadodara in 2005 through loan from maruti countrywide vide welcome letter dated 04/05/2005. My maruti countrywide customer account no was mmv[protected] and the installment amount was rs 7765 paid vide 60 pdc of icici bank account no[protected]. My installment started 4th june 2005 and ended on 4th may 2010.
Maruti countrywide did not issue the noc hence, i am not able to sale my car.in fact on the day of completion of loan, maruti countrywide should have issued noc without my asking for it.
In view of the above requesting you to please issue the noc immediately so that, i could sale my car. Attaching herewith the welcome letter of maruti countrywide for your ready reference and necessary action.
