Recently I contacted to Maruti Express Cargo Packers & Movers (Shree Maruti Cargo Packers & Movers) Udaipur location for transportation of my two wheeler bike (Royal Enfield Meteor 350) for Bangalore Location. I talked with Mahaveer Prasad. His Mobile number is [protected]. He promised me to deliver my bike for Bangalore Location. Then I reached Udaipur at office location on 19th June 2022. Mahaveer given me one contact number to talk with Ishwar ([protected]). and Mahaveer asked me for Aadhar card, Bike RC and Bike Insurance Copy and 4500 rs. He sent me bar code and Google pay Number and Account number on my whatsapp. He said today is sunday our office is closed, tomorrow is monday. I will create the new docket and will send you tomorrow on your whatsapp and he Just pay me today. Once I paid 4500 rs, He said 2nd day I am outside, Your bike is in truck and you will get after 4 days in Bangalore. I called him continuosly 4 days for docket/tracking number. But he said every time different-different things. Like I am outside now please call me at 10:30. on that time I will be on Laptop then I will send you. After that he don't receive my calls. He don't give me reply on Whatsapp as well. After completing 5 days my friends went at office location on 24th June 2022. Office was closed for full day and Bike was there outside the office. Suddenly in evening they opened their office. That time I was in Bangalore so I sent to my friends. We asked them for Bike, key and Helmet. But he said our Labour went Haryana and key is in Haryana with his. Ishwar said Like that. But after 1 hour we colleced the key from Labour's home. After that, we checked Kms in Bike. So they used bike for 198kms. We collect 700 rs. for Petrol. after that he said, you paid 4500 rupees to company Account. So please mail and you will get 4500 rs in your account after 4 days And he given us 1 bill. In Bill he mentioned like Bike is in Udaipur only. We have not sent for Bangalore Location. Please pay to customer 4500 Rupees. But after 8 days still they are not paying. I am not sure I will get my refund or not.
But I request you all please do not consider this company for tranpostation otherwise you will stuck like me. Just now I have seen Many cases are registered with His name only. But no any solution provided to customers.
