I am writing this email to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding your communication about the delay in delivering my booked vehicle, MARUTI S-PRESSO VXI (O) 1L ISS AGS (SLD.FIRE RED), booked on 01-October-2025 under Receipt No. SOB25001030.
When I made this booking on 26th September 2025, I was clearly informed of a tentative waiting period of 1 to 2 weeks. Based on this commitment, I planned my schedule and special occasions around the expected delivery timeline. Your latest email stating that you are unable to deliver the car within the promised timeframe is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
This 57+ days delay not only causes inconvenience but also reflects poorly on the dealership’s credibility and commitment to customer satisfaction. I trusted your assurance and made this booking with confidence, and now I feel let down by the lack of transparency and accountability in this process.
