I would like to file a complaint regarding the poor guidance and lack of proper communication from the staff at Maruti Suzuki Showroom, Vyara, District Tapi, concerning my accident insurance claim process.
Initially, the staff informed us that the insurance claim process could not proceed without submitting the FIR and Panchanama documents. Based on their instructions, we arranged and submitted all the required documents. However, after submission, we were informed that the claim should have been filed within one month and that our claim was delayed.
Due to the incorrect guidance provided by the showroom staff, we are now facing unnecessary difficulties and mental stress regarding our insurance claim. We request you to kindly investigate this matter and provide the necessary support to resolve our issue at the earliest.
