I can acreoss Masi Collection on Instagram and my wife was searching for nighties and she contacted masi collection. They shared the collection pic in whatsApp and we selected 4 dress and they asked to pay Rs. 1480.we paind and sent it to them. After that we do not get any response from then regarding the product. They just sent us a Booked sticker in whatsApp. We have not got any recipient number Or dispatched courier tracking message or any other thing. Then we tried calling them multiple times. But they do not attend the call and respond to us. We message them in whatsApp seeking refund. But they just ping one message like "You want product or refund " For past 3 days they ask only thins and we asked for refund. But theu keep on sending that only message.
