[Resolved]  Mat-X — product not yet delivered after making advance payment

We have made an advanceof rs.2000/- on 25-12-17 to mat-x for purchasing 4 door shoe rack and they promissed to deliver within 20 days from the date of advance. After making follow ups for more than 3 to 4 times they have not yet delivered our product. It's going to be 2 months. Advance was taken by mr. S ali (Mob-[protected]), later on another mob no provided of mr. R. Roy (Mob-[protected]). I have already communicated with them, as per last reply from mr. R. Roy on 18-02-18 that product will be delivered within 2 days, but still not received.

Requesting either to deliver the product urgently by this week otherwise refund my amount with interest.
